Modernist technique and superlative ingredients take root and flourish in downtown Princeton.

With just nine tables in the main dining room — all within view of the open kitchen — and seating for 28, the new space unites the front and back of the restaurant, allowing for the team to provide guests with thoughtful, incomparable service and a remarkable dining experience.

The elements team places a superlative focus on fresh ingredients — many of which are sourced from local farmers and producers — utilizing progressive, modern techniques to draw out the purest flavors, and transform classic dishes into something completely new.

Each course is delivered tableside by a member of the kitchen team, accompanied by a brief explanation of the dish’s components. The seasonally driven menu changes daily and places a heightened focus on tasting menus, with a four-course prix fixe a la carte offering on weekdays only.
