Lan Ramen

Lan Ramen is created by Jessica Xiao. Jessica was born and raised in Lanzhou, Gansu Province of China.

Jessica is a mom of three and is professionally a classical pianist from the Julliard School of Music. She has always been passionate about food and her culture. She created Lan Ramen to share her hometown favorite foods.
