You don’t need to fly to Europe to taste traditional French and Italian flavors. Now they're made fresh daily at Le Kiosk in Princeton! Our recipes are our family traditions from Italy and France, including gluten-free items.

Our focaccia bread and sandwiches are just like those made in Genoa and the Liguria region. We have perfected our gluten-free focaccia that is also available as a bread or a sandwich. We make focaccia breads plain, with onions, with stracchino cheese, with herbs, with olives...

Our sweet and savory crepes are made in the traditional Breton style, light and thin. Our gluten-free crepes are made with locally grown buckwheat flour, and are called “Galettes de sarrasin,” in French.

Our charcuterie boards include hand-selected cured meats sourced from Italy and France.

Our fresh produce is sourced from local farmers to serve you the freshest vegetables and fruits in season.
