The Blue Bears Special Meals

The Blue Bears aims to achieve two goals: to sell diverse, freshly made meals everyday and to provide sustainable and meaningful jobs for adults with intellectual and development disabilities.

Young adults with IDD will assist our two chefs in preparing and packing daily meals and treats. Meals are available M-F for takeout or eat-in at Blue Bears. Our online ordering option also allows a customer to pick up on-site. The coffee we serve comes from Lavazza, the esteemed Italian torrefacteur. Ready-made coffee drinks will be sold on-site as well as retail ground coffee packs. Among many choices in the Blue Bears menu mix, a daily seafood option will be available. We are proud to use local provider Nassau Seafood on Nassau Street in downtown Princeton.
