Milk & Cookies Bakes for Everyone
Princeton, NJ — Jan. 22, 2024: If you loved to bake with your kids but they’ve grown up and moved on, what would you do with that urge to create cookie delights?
Milk & Cookies store owner Lauren Ariev Gellman found the perfect solution — bake for everyone!
Her delightfully retro store at 20 Nassau Street in Princeton receives rave reviews for its imaginative and delicious selection of cookies and other treats, including vegan and gluten-free varieties.
Her top cookie seller was once the classic chocolate chip, but over the past year, Lauren says a new cookie is edging it out.
“We introduced Browned Butter Cookies with Milk Chocolate Chunks, and they have taken off,” she laughs. The store’s many other selections include Lemon Poppy Seed, Pumpkin, and Confetti, with, of course, cold milk or other beverages.
Much of her business comes from Princeton University deliveries, but she also sees many parents and children coming in for milk and cookies.
“I see families sitting down together to enjoy a special moment,” she says, “just like when my kids were small.”
