Experience Princeton Celebrates Year of Growth with Release of Annual Report 2024

Princeton, NJ — October 15, 2024: Experience Princeton is excited to announce the release of its Annual Report 2024 recapping a year of growth for the two-year-old organization.

“This past year, Experience Princeton took root in the Princeton business community,” said Experience Princeton Executive Director Isaac Kremer. “From signature events like Restaurant Week to the launch of the Experience Princeton Digital Gift Card to funding streetscape improvements in the business district, the organization delivered on our mission throughout the year.”

Experience Princeton is a nonprofit organization founded in 2022 as a Special Improvement District (SID) dedicated to strengthening and promoting the Princeton business community.

How Experience Princeton delivered on its mission for the period ending June 30, 2024:

•  Funded $30K in streetscape plantings and improvements on Nassau Street

•  Funded the replacement of holiday lights in Hinds Plaza

•  Launched the Experience Princeton Digital Gift Card as a revenue generator for Princeton businesses

•  Celebrated local gifting with well-received “Gift Local” holiday ad campaign

•  Brought the business community together with live and virtual Experience Princeton Meetups

•  Welcomed 15 new businesses to Princeton and worked to bring more to Municipality

•  Led an even bigger Experience Princeton Restaurant Week

•  Launched Princeton’s most-complete Business Directory with 700+ business pages and counting

•  Launched and maintained Princeton’s most-complete Events Calendar

•  Doubled its social media presence on Instagram and Facebook while promoting Princeton businesses

•  Kept up momentum with “Bloom Local” and “Summer Local” seasonal advertising campaigns

•  Funded attractive street banners throughout the year for all key business-promoting campaigns

In the coming months, Experience Princeton is poised to build on the foundation set in 2024 by its teams of volunteers.

“We’ve got so much more in store for the rest of 2024,” said Kremer. “For example, we’re proud to announce our ‘Fall for Local’ campaign, which will be focused on all the amazing seasonal cultural and business events happening in Princeton. In November, we’ll quickly shift focus to a holiday campaign to help bring customers to Princeton’s retailers, eateries, service providers, and cultural institutions.”

Meanwhile, Experience Princeton’s teams of volunteers will continue to deliver on other parts of the organization’s mission. Whether it’s advocacy efforts at the municipal and state level, or the hard work of attracting and maintaining a strong, diverse business community, Experience Princeton volunteers will be working together to build a better Princeton.
