Princeton, NJ — Dec. 5, 2024: Alfalfa, a fast-growing and health-focused restaurant brand founded by childhood friends in New Jersey, will open its sixth location — and fourth in the Garden State — in Princeton at 140 Nassau St. on Friday, Dec. 6. The grand opening will be marked with fun giveaways for the community and a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. with the mayor. Special promotions include:
— The first 100 customers will receive an Alfalfa gift card
— The first 50 customers will receive one free doughnut with purchase and goodie bags with goodies from Alpha Fit Club Princeton, Rumble Boxing Princeton, Princeton Playspace and more
— The first 25 customers will receive an exclusive Princeton Alfalfa t-shirt in their goodie bags
— Princeton students will receive a 15% discount when presenting their student ID
This new location will be Alfalfa’s largest location to date, allowing for an enhanced customer experience and a more expansive menu.
Alfalfa brings its signature menu of fresh, organic and seasonal salads, mouthwatering breakfast burritos, and delectable desserts to the Princeton community. This store will introduce exciting new offerings, including Market Plates — warm, hearty food options designed to provide even more variety — and delicious new dessert options. Alfalfa will also debut a smoothie menu item at this location, including a limited-time collaboration featuring Princeton favorite and long-time staple Thomas Sweet Ice Cream, using their famous vanilla ice cream in a special creation available only at the Princeton location.
